Outside catering.
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Outside Catering Supervisor with:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the outside catering / event catering industry.
Good knowledge of catering operations, food service, manpower handling, and event execution.
Robust supervisory and team-management skills.
Ability to coordinate with managers, chefs, service staff, vendors, and clients.
Valuable understanding of event setup, service standards, presentation, and guest management.
Should be capable of working independently at different events and locations.
Must be a good support to the Catering Manager and capable of taking responsibility in the manager’s absence.
Good communication, discipline, problem-solving ability, and a skilled attitude are essential.
