Telecaller represents the university to prospective students and parents. You will answer inbound queries, make outbound calls to leads, provide transparent program information, and help convert inquiries into formal admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Inbound &
Outbound Calling:

Handle incoming admission calls and proactively reach out to prospective students from education fairs, digital campaigns, and inquiry databases.
Academic Counseling: Explain university courses, degree programs, eligibility rules, fee structures, schedules, and career scopes clearly to students and parents.
Lead Tracking &
CRM:

Record all student interactions, follow-up dates, and application statuses accurately inside the university ERP or CRM system.
Correspondence: Draft and reply to admission-related emails, WhatsApp messages, and official letters.
Event &
Admission Drive Support:

Assist the admissions and marketing team during campus tours, walk-in counseling sessions, orientation days, and promotional outreach.
Target Achievement:



Work toward daily and weekly lead-generation, follow-up, and enrollment conversion targets.

Required Qualifications &
Education
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (or high school/diploma with relevant customer service or telemarketing experience).
Experience: 0 to 2 years of prior experience in tele calling, BPO, or academic counseling; freshers with solid communication are often considered.

Key Skills &
Competencies
Communication: Fluency in English and regional languages (such as Hindi or Malayalam) with a polite, confident, and persuasive phone demeanor.
Active Listening: Ability to understand student aspirations and address parental concerns with empathy and patience.
Technical Literacy: Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and university ERP/CRM software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
