Role & responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Contact companies to pitch recruitment services, win recent business accounts, and understand client hiring needs and company culture.
Candidate Sourcing: Search job boards, qualified networks, and internal databases, or headhunt passive talent to fill open roles.
Screening and Assessing: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, run background checks, and test candidate skills.
Managing the Process: Coordinate interviews between clients and applicants, give feedback, and coach candidates on interview preparation.
