Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the schools public image and reputation.
Build positive relationships with parents, students, staff, media, and external stakeholders.
Handle parent enquiries, feedback, and communication professionally.
Coordinate with the management and departments for school-related communications.
Prepare press releases, announcements, newsletters, and other communication materials.
Coordinate school events, functions, press meets, and promotional activities.
Support the school’s admission and marketing activities through effective communication.
Develop and maintain relationships with media, educational organizations, and community groups.
Handle social media and public communication in coordination with the marketing team.
Address public queries and ensure timely and appropriate responses.
Collect feedback from parents and stakeholders and report important concerns to management.
Represent the school professionally during events and external meetings.




Maintain confidentiality and follow the school’s communication policies.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in PR, communications, marketing, education, hospitality, or a similar role.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Positive knowledge of social media and digital communication platforms.
Strong writing, proofreading, and content-creation skills.
Ability to handle parents and external stakeholders professionally.
Valuable organizational and event-coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.
Experience working in a school or educational institution will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of CBSE/IB school settings would be preferred.
