Key Responsibilities
Guest Reception & Hospitality: Welcome and attend to visitors, customers and business associates, ensuring a professional and pleasant experience.
Front Office Operations: Manage visitor registration, appointment coordination, incoming calls and front-desk activities.
Customer Relations: Assist customers with basic queries, coordinate with relevant departments and ensure timely responses.
Site &

Experience Centre Coordination:

Support customer visits, project presentations, site experience activities and customer engagement initiatives.
Communication & Coordination: Handle telephone calls, emails, visitor enquiries and internal coordination with professionalism.
Customer Experience: Create a warm, welcoming and skilled experience for customers visiting the sales office, ensuring they are attended to promptly and receive a high-quality hospitality experience throughout their visit.
Administrative Support: Maintain visitor records,



update basic MIS reports and assist with day-to-day front-office administration.

Eligibility Criteria
Fresh graduates or final-year students from recognised institutes and universities.
Preferred qualifications: Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Aviation, Event Management, BBA, BMS or other relevant graduate programmes.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.
Pleasant personality, qualified grooming, confidence and a positive attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 per year
