Manage warehouse operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock reconciliation.
Implement FIFO/FEFO practices to control material movement and expiry.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
Monitor material inward, outward, storage, and dispatch activities.
Maintain ERP-based inventory records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Conduct regular physical stock audits and investigate discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, hygiene, and pest-control standards.
Optimize warehouse space and ensure protected material handling.
Supervise warehouse staff and monitor team performance.Role & responsibilities
