Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and handle inquiries to cater our diverse customer base.
Effectively explain our products and offers to potential customers to drive sales.
Assist customers through the ordering process and ensure all details are captured accurately.
Provide excellent service by resolving queries and maintaining a professional brand image.
Work consistently toward meeting daily calling and sales targets.
Requirements.
Languages: Must be fluent in Malayalam.
Experience:
0–2 years (Freshers with solid communication skills are encouraged to apply).
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Kollam.
