JOB RESPONSIBILITES
Assist the area business head in planning and implementing strategies to serve MSME by promoting Business loan products of Banks.
Coordinate daily MSME service operations.
Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
Monitor and maintain Enquiry Inventory.
Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
Supervise and Motivate staff to perform their best.
Coach and support recent / existing Sales Associates
Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources
Suggest sales training programs / techniques.
Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
Analyse MSME behaviour and recommend appropriate banking product for business loan
Handle complaints from MSME.
Research emerging products and use information to update.
Create reports, analyse and interpret data of MSME.
Conduct regular audits to ensure the office is functionable and presentable.
Make sure all employees adhere to companys policies and guidelines
