We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Venue Supervisor to manage the daily operations and maintenance of our wedding and event venue in Gadag.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily venue operations and maintenance.
Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of the property.
Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
Coordinate with vendors and event organisers.
Ensure the venue is ready for weddings and events.
Handle repairs, inventory, and other operational requirements.
Report regularly to management.

Requirements:
Age 25 years or above preferred.
Previous experience in hospitality, facility management, or event operations preferred.
Positive communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage staff and work independently.
Willingness to work flexible hours during events.
Candidates from Gadag or nearby areas preferred.

Salary:
Fixed + Incentives
