Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced technology qualified to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions, with a solid focus on Generative AI (GenAI), agentic AI systems, multi-agent workflows, and LLM orchestration.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Python, GenAI frameworks, cloud-native AI solutions, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI workflow optimization, along with technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable GenAI and agentic AI solutions.




Architect multi-agent workflows using LangChain, A2A protocols, and custom orchestration frameworks.
Design and optimize prompt architectures, context strategies, and hybrid RAG pipelines.
Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Databricks, and core business systems.
Establish engineering best practices across code reviews, architecture design, testing, deployment, and CI/CD.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
