Position: Technical Recruiter – IT & Non-IT

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site

Shift: US Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment . The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process while working closely with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels .
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions .
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job fit.
Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salaries and discuss job offers with selected candidates.




Ensure timely joining and maintain regular candidate engagement.
Work on multiple requirements and positions simultaneously.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
Maintain proper recruitment documentation and reports.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in recruitment/technical recruitment preferred.
Experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment .
Valuable knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical job descriptions and candidate profiles.
Positive negotiation and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a US shift environment .
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a rapid-paced recruitment setting.
