Role Summary :

We are seeking an energetic, visually creative, and trend-aware Content Creator to lead our multimedia storytelling. In this role, you will ideate, script, shoot, and edit high-performing short-form video, static graphics, and written copy across digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok/LinkedIn, and website channels). The ideal candidate is comfortable both behind the lens and on camera, possessing an intuitive grasp of digital hooks, audience engagement, and brand aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:
Brainstorm, research, and execute creative concepts aligned with company growth goals and marketing campaigns.
Monitor emerging social trends, viral audio, cultural moments, and algorithm updates to capitalize on real-time marketing opportunities.
Develop monthly content calendars with clear publishing schedules, themes, and platform-specific formats.
Plan, direct, and film high-quality short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and long-form features (tutorials, interviews, product demos).
Write punchy video scripts, conversational captions, and clear, action-oriented calls-to-action (CTAs).




Coordinate with graphic designers to create compelling thumbnails, cover images, and supporting carousels.
Schedule and publish approved content across social channels with optimized tags, hashtags, and geo-locations.

Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with solid copywriting ability.
Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools.
Strong presentation development,research, and content planning skills.
Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced setting.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh content ideas.
Strong awareness of current social media trends.
Good understanding of fashion and visual aesthetics.
