Collection ExecutivePrimary Responsibility – Ensure timely collection of loan repayments through regular customer follow-ups, payment coordination, and accurate collection records.
Contact customers for upcoming, due, and overdue payments.
Follow up on pending PayDay Loan and payment commitments.
Guide customers regarding approved payment methods and procedures.
Maintain accurate payment status, PTP, and collection records.
Follow up on missed payment commitments.
Coordinate with the Recovery Manager for overdue or disputed cases.
Update CRM, call logs, and daily collection reports.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection targets.
Maintain skilled communication and follow company recovery policies.
