Attend to patient enquiries and walk-in clients professionally and courteously.
Understand patients' concerns and provide appropriate information about clinic treatments and services.
Explain treatment procedures, packages, pricing, perks and expected outcomes clearly.
Counsel patients and help them understand the available treatment options.
Convert enquiries and consultations into appointments and treatment plans.
Follow up with leads, enquiries and previous patients through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate records of patient enquiries, consultations, follow-ups and conversions.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, PMU artists, nurses and other clinic staff for smooth patient handling.
Ensure a positive patient experience from enquiry to treatment and follow-up.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
