Role Description:
7+ years in QA/testing, with 3+ years leading test teams on payments or e-commerce programs
Owns test strategy, plan, estimation, and test exit/go-live sign-off
Hands-on experience with payment gateway migrations or integrations (Checkout.com preferred; Eway, Stripe, Adyen, or similar acceptable)




Robust knowledge of payment flows: authorisation, capture, refund, void, chargebacks, tokenisation, recurring/stored cards, 3DS/SCA
Understanding of PCI-DSS and testing with sensitive data
Experience with Salesforce (Commerce/Sales/Service Cloud) and NetSuite integrations
Experience planning SIT, UAT, regression, and cutover/rollback testing
Robust defect management and stakeholder reporting (Jira, Azure DevOps, Xray, or similar)
Experience coordinating with vendors, developers, finance, and business UAT users
Knowledge of API testing and test automation strategy
Strong communication, risk management, and ability to run daily status and defect triage
Nice to have: ISTQB Advanced, Agile/SAFe experience, experience in the Australian/NZ payments landscape
