We are looking for a Telecaller Intern to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, communicating with candidates, generating leads, and supporting the business development team.

Role & responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to candidates.
Explain available opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
Follow up with candidates regularly.
Understand requirements and provide relevant information.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the recruitment and business development team.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/MS Excel.
