Job Title: Assistant/Deputy Manager - Training & Placement
Location- Bengaluru
Placement Officer – Amity Global Business School- Bengaluru
Coordinate placements and internships for students.
Build and maintain relationships with corporates and recruiters.
Source current companies and coordinate recruitment drives and interviews.
Handle student shortlisting, interview scheduling, offers, and joining.
Conduct placement training, mock interviews, GDs, and career counselling.
Maintain placement MIS, records, and reports.
Organize corporate interactions, career fairs, and industry sessions.
Ensure achievement of placement targets and student employment outcomes.
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
