We are looking for an experienced Zoho Solution Architect & L3 Technical Lead to design, develop, integrate and support complex Zoho solutions.
The role involves solution architecture, hands-on development, enterprise integrations, technical consulting and L3 troubleshooting, with direct client interaction and technical team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Design scalable Zoho solutions aligned with business and client requirements.
Lead technical discovery, requirement analysis, solution architecture and implementation planning.
Develop custom applications, workflows, automations and complex integrations.
Handle critical production issues, perform root-cause analysis and provide L3 technical support.
Review technical implementations and guide developers and administrators.




Support technical POCs, pre-sales activities, proposals and effort estimation.
Mentor technical teams and establish development best practices.

Qualification
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
