Key Responsibilities1. Event & House Party CateringPrepare customized menus for house parties, family gatherings, celebrations, and private events.
Handle starters, main courses, desserts, snacks, and live cooking stations as required.
Ensure excellent taste, presentation, portion control, and timely service.
Coordinate food preparation and kitchen operations according to event requirements.
2. Personal Chef AssignmentsHandle daily cooking assignments at clients' homes when assigned.
Prepare meals according to client preferences, dietary requirements, and customized menus.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and consistency in food quality.
Manage ingredient requirements and kitchen organization.
3. Culinary Consulting ProjectsAssist with restaurant and café consulting assignments.
Support menu development, recipe standardization, and recent product development.
Participate in kitchen setup, food trials, staff training, and operational improvement projects.
Follow project guidelines and deliverables assigned by the company.
4. Project-Based OperationsWork on any culinary project assigned by Chef-Hire,



depending on business requirements.
Travel to client locations within Indore and nearby areas when required.
Follow the reporting structure, project timelines, and client-specific requirements.
Maintain skilled conduct and represent Chef-Hire positively at every assignment.
Coordinate with the operations team regarding project progress, ingredient requirements, and completion.
Working Hours & FlexibilityThere are no fixed daily working hours. Working hours will depend on the project assigned.
The chef must be available to work according to the schedules of events, personal chef assignments, and consulting projects.
Assignments may involve early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays, or extended hours, depending on project requirements.
Flexibility to work at different locations and on different types of culinary projects is essential.
Project schedules and reporting requirements will be communicated by the operations team in advance wherever possible.
