Position: Welder (TIG / MIG)

Location: Manjari / Hadapsar, Pune

Position Overview The Welder (TIG/MIG) will be responsible for performing high-quality welding operations on stainless steel, mild steel, and other metals as required.

The role includes reading fabrication drawings, preparing materials, maintaining equipment, and ensuring welds meet company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

A. Welding Operations :
Perform TIG and MIG welding on SS & MS materials.
Set up welding machines, tools, and workpieces correctly.
Ensure welds are clean, accurate, and defect-free.
Conduct grinding, cutting, and finishing of welded joints.
Read and follow engineering drawings, sketches, and measurements.
Fit and assemble metal components before welding.
Assist in fabrication of ducts, frames, brackets, and industrial components.

B.Fabrication & Assembly
Read and follow engineering drawings, sketches, and measurements.
Fit and assemble metal components before welding.
Assist in fabrication of ducts, frames, brackets, and industrial components.

C. Quality & Safety:




Inspect welded surfaces for quality, alignment, and finishing.
Follow safety rules, PPE usage, and maintain a clean workplace.
Report defects, non-conformance, or equipment issues.

D. Machine & Tool Maintenance :
Maintain welding machines and tools in valuable working condition.
Report maintenance requirements promptly.
Qualifications & Skills :
ITI Welder equivalent certification preferred.
Minimum 1 year experience in TIG & MIG welding.
Ability to read fabrication drawings and measurements.
Knowledge of welding electrodes, filler materials, and metals.
Valuable understanding of safety practices.
Additional Requirements :
Willingness to work at Manjari / Hadapsar, Pune location.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit for industrial welding tasks.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
