We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to support business growth through outbound calling, email communication, data mining, lead generation, and data entry. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to maintain accurate records and follow up with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
Calling & Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and businesses.
Introduce company services and identify potential business prospects.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and other qualified communication channels.
Maintain records of calls, client responses, and follow-up schedules.
Email Drafting & Communication
Draft qualified emails for business introductions, proposals, follow-ups, and client inquiries.
Send emails to prospective clients and maintain communication records.
Prepare and share company profiles, service details,



and other business-related documents.
Data Mining & Research
Research companies, industries, and potential clients using online platforms and business directories.
Collect company details, contact numbers, email IDs, decision-maker information, and other relevant data.
Build and maintain a database of prospective clients for business development activities.
Verify and update the accuracy of collected information.
Data Entry & Database Management
Enter and update client information in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software, or other company databases.
Maintain organized records of leads, calls, emails, and business follow-ups.
Prepare daily activity reports and lead-generation reports.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates.
