BERSACHE is a growing footwear brand focused on delivering stylish, affordable footwear to customers. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team and help us build a solid workforce.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates and manage the recruitment pipeline.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
Support joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding.
Work towards meeting hiring targets and closing open positions on time.

Requirements




Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment are welcome to apply.
Valuable communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage.
Self-motivated, organised, proactive, and willing to learn.
