Key Responsibilities
Cover and develop the Gandhinagar market and surrounding areas.
Identify upcoming and ongoing residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Generate recent project leads through field visits, references, networking and market research.
Build and maintain robust relationships with builders, developers, architects, contractors, consultants and project decision-makers.
Understand project requirements and present our products/solutions appropriately.
Follow up with project stakeholders from the initial enquiry through quotation, negotiation and final order.
Convert identified projects into regular customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain a database of ongoing and upcoming projects in the assigned territory.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products and market trends.
Coordinate with the internal sales, technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare regular reports on leads, project status, customer meetings, quotations and conversions.
Ensure timely follow-up on all prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Develop long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
