Job ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit candidates through field activities and local outreach.
Conduct initial screening and interviews.
Assist candidates with the onboarding process.
Build candidate networks and maintain recruitment records.
Achieve daily and weekly hiring targets.
RequirementsFreshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
Telugu speaking is mandatory.
Basic English communication skills preferred.
Comfortable with field work and traveling within Hyderabad.
