Hiring: IT Sales Executive – LexerPOS.com

Location: Chandigarh Tricity

Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales

LexerPOS.com is looking for a hardcore, target-driven Sales Executive who can independently acquire customers, visit business locations, demonstrate POS billing Hardware & Software.

This role is best suited for candidates who are confident in sales field, comfortable with technology and motivated to earn performance-based incentives through actual sales.

Salary & Incentives

Fixed monthly salary: Rs.22,000

Expected monthly take-home: Rs.35000 - 50000, including performance-based incentives.

Incentives depend on sales performance and achievement of targets.

Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in any industry. IT, software, POS systems computer sales experience is preferable.
Must be willing to conduct daily field visits and meet prospective customers across Chandigarh Tricity.




Must own a two-wheeler or other suitable vehicle for local customer visits.
Must own a laptop for POS software demonstrations, customer training, and basic support activities.
Must be confident in approaching current customers, generating leads, negotiating, and closing sales.
Must be capable of handling franchise clients, coordinating with decision-makers and managing customer relationships.
Must be self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

This is a field-based sales role, not an office-based or desk job. Candidates who are uncomfortable with daily travel, customer acquisition, sales targets, or performance-linked incentives should not apply.
