About the Role

Wallstreet Decor is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries and generate sales through phone calls and WhatsApp follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads received through Instagram, WhatsApp, Justdial and other sources.
Understand customer requirements for wallpapers, WPC louvers, PVC panels, UV marble sheets, PU stone, roller blinds and other interior products.
Explain products, pricing and services clearly to customers.
Follow up regularly with interested customers.
Schedule site visits / showroom visits wherever required.
Maintain proper lead records and update follow-up status.
Convert inquiries into genuine sales opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales and installation team when required.
Achieve monthly calling and sales targets.

Requirements
Valuable communication skills in Hindi & English.




Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets.
Sales or telecalling experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
Candidates with experience in interior, wallpaper, furniture, real estate or related sales will be preferred.
