Experience: 2–5 Years

Industry: Construction / Façade / Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end purchase activities for construction and engineering materials.
Identify and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules and other commercial terms.
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up for timely delivery.
Coordinate with Site, QS, Stores, Accounts and Project teams for material requirements.
Maintain vendor records, purchase orders and purchase-related documents.
Track material delivery and ensure materials are received as per requirement.




Monitor purchase costs and support cost-effective procurement.
Develop and maintain valuable relationships with suppliers.
Handle urgent site material requirements and ensure timely procurement.

Preferred Skills:
Valuable negotiation and communication skills
Vendor management
Knowledge of construction/engineering materials
MS Excel and MS Office
Purchase documentation and MIS reporting
Positive coordination and follow-up skills
Ability to work under deadlines

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / Any relevant degree preferred.
