We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Tele Collections Executives to contact customers regarding overdue payments, follow up on outstanding dues, and ensure timely payment collection while maintaining qualified customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments and pending dues.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayment of outstanding amounts.
Explain payment schedules, due dates, and repayment options to customers.
Negotiate suitable payment commitments and maintain accurate follow-up records.
Handle customer queries, objections, and payment-related concerns professionally.
Maintain daily call reports and update collection status in the system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Follow company policies and collection guidelines.
