We are looking for an experienced Collection Team Leader with relevant experience in the Banking & Finance / Collections process.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a team of Tele Callers.
Monitor daily calling activities and productivity.
Manage and monitor the team’s performance through the dialer.
Track daily call volumes, connect ratios, PTPs, and collections.
Ensure achievement of daily and monthly team targets.
Conduct regular team briefings and provide guidance to team members.
Monitor individual and team performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
Candidate Profile:
Prior experience in Banking & Finance collection processes is preferred.
Experience managing Tele Callers and collection teams.
Positive knowledge of dialer operations and call-center productivity management.
Robust team-handling, communication, and target-management skills.
