KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day operations of the Ayuda Organics retail store.
Welcome customers and provide skilled assistance with product selection.
Explain product features, advantages, pricing, and ongoing offers.
Drive sales through effective customer engagement, upselling, and cross-selling.
Handle POS billing, cash/card/UPI transactions, and daily sales reconciliation.
Maintain proper product display, shelf availability, cleanliness, and store hygiene.
Monitor inventory, stock movement, and product expiry.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Follow company SOPs, store guidelines, and daily operational processes.
Support achievement of store sales targets and overall business growth.
