Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and potential customers.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and services.
Maintain and update customer and lead details in the CRM system.
Ensure all assigned leads are properly followed up and updated.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Maintain a qualified and positive relationship with customers.
Prepare basic daily/weekly call and follow-up reports.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support.
Valuable communication skills in Tamil and English.
Previous experience in lead follow-up and sales conversion is preferred.
Confident and qualified communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM software.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customer objections and follow up consistently.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Female candidates with relevant tele calling/sales experience are preferred.
