Job SummaryThe Organic World is looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Staff to support daily store operations. The candidate should have experience in retail stores, robust customer service skills, and the ability to maintain store standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers and provide excellent service.
Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
Replenish shelves and ensure product availability.
Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
Check product expiry dates and stock quality.
Support inventory counting and stock management.
Coordinate with Team Leaders and Store Managers for daily operations.
Address customer queries and complaints professionally.
RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in retail, supermarket, or grocery stores.
Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems.
Valuable communication skills
Customer-oriented and positive attitude.
Willingness to work in shifts and weekends.
QualificationPUC / Any Graduate.
Experience in retail operations preferred.
