Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Manpower
Manage end-to-end recruitment for production, technical, sales and office positions.
Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.
Conduct screening, interviews, selection and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and manpower reports.
HR Operations & Employee Management
Maintain employee files, HRMS and employee records.
Prepare offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, experience and relieving letters.
Manage probation, confirmation and employee lifecycle processes.
Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters.
Attendance & Payroll
Monitor attendance, late coming, absenteeism, leave, overtime and shift records.
Verify monthly salary inputs and coordinate with Accounts.
Ensure accuracy of attendance, deductions, incentives and overtime data.
Compliance
Coordinate PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Qualified Tax,



Minimum Wages and other applicable statutory requirements.
Coordinate with labour consultants and maintain compliance records.
Performance & Training
Manage probation evaluations, performance reviews and appraisal processes.
Identify training needs and prepare training plans.
Monitor employee development and performance improvement.
Employee Relations & Discipline
Handle grievances and employee concerns professionally.
Investigate disciplinary matters and prepare appropriate HR documentation.
Ensure implementation of company rules, policies and code of conduct.
HR MIS & Reporting
Prepare manpower, recruitment, attendance, attrition, overtime, leave, training and performance reports.
Provide regular HR updates and recommendations to Management.
