Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Tandoor Cook who can prepare tandoori dishes, naan, roti, kebabs, and other items while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and taste consistency.
Responsibilities:
Prepare tandoori items, naan, roti, kebabs, and related dishes.
Operate and maintain the tandoor safely.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and kitchen hygiene.
Manage food preparation as per customer orders.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Tandoor Cook preferred.
Knowledge of tandoori cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
