Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive with 1–3 years of experience, primarily in Talent Acquisition, along with basic knowledge of HR Operations. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing end-to-end recruitment while supporting core HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offer rollout).

• Handle job postings, vendor coordination, and candidate pipeline management.

• Support onboarding and documentation process.

• Assist in HR operations including attendance, leave records, employee documentation, and HRMS updates.

• Maintain employee data and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of HR experience with robust exposure to Talent Acquisition.

• Basic understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance.

• Positive communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools.
