About the Company:

Aadi Spiritual World LLP is a growing organization based in Gurgaon. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Account Executive to manage our day-to-day accounting and statutory compliance functions.

Role Overview:

The Account Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, handling GST and TDS compliances, and preparing and filing income tax returns. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in Tally, understands Indian taxation requirements, and can meet statutory deadlines with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts in Tally (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, vouchers, journal entries)

• Bank, vendor and customer reconciliations; monthly financial statements





• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconcile with GSTR-2A/2B

• Calculate, deduct and deposit TDS; file quarterly TDS returns and issue Form 16/16A

• Prepare and file ITR for the LLP, partners and employees; compute advance tax

• Coordinate with CA/auditors and maintain organized financial records

Requirement:

• 1+ years of accounting experience with GST, TDS and ITR filing

• Proficient in Tally (Tally Prime / ERP 9) and MS Excel

• Working knowledge of GST portal, TRACES and Income Tax portal

• Good communication in Hindi and English; ability to meet deadlines
