About the RoleWe are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, chat, and other support channels.
Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
Provide explicit information about company services and processes.
Maintain qualified communication and a positive attitude.




Support daily customer service and operational activities.
RequirementsGraduation is mandatory.
Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Languages: Kannada, English, and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good problem-solving and listening skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
