Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow company processes and quality standards.
Document customer interactions and update records.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
RequirementsExcellent communication skills in English/Hindi.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer-focused and skilled attitude.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Prior experience in customer support/BPO/voice/chat process will be an advantage.
