Receive and process orders on the computer system.
Pick the required spare parts from the warehouse inventory.
Verify parts against the order and pack them properly.
Coordinate and hand over orders to delivery boys/riders.
Maintain accurate order and inventory-related records in the system.
Follow defined SOPs and processes for order handling, packing and dispatch.
Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve order-related issues.
Ensure orders are processed within the defined TAT/SLA.
