Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of Godrej furniture and locker products at the Jayanagar, Bengaluru location. The candidate should have solid customer-handling skills, product knowledge, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle walk-in customers and understand their furniture and locker requirements.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and advantages to customers.
Drive sales of Godrej furniture, office furniture, storage solutions, and lockers.
Generate leads through customer follow-ups, references, and local market connections.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within approved limits, and close sales.
Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding product availability, billing, delivery,



and installation.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily sales reports.
Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 1 years of experience in sales.
Experience in furniture, office furniture, lockers, home furnishings, or related product sales is preferred.
Robust communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Customer-focused with a proven ability to close sales.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Ability to work towards individual and store sales targets.
Salary & BenefitsMonthly Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000, based on experience and suitability.
Incentives, if applicable, as per company policy.
