Admission Counsellor – Job Role
Connect with prospective students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand students’ educational needs and recommend suitable courses/programs.
Explain course details, advantages, fees, eligibility, and admission process clearly.
Handle queries and objections related to fees, course duration, career prospects, and outcomes.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into admissions.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead details in CRM.
Build solid relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth enrollment.
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
