Responsibility

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, receipt and payment entries.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents.

Maintain proper records of cash and bank transactions.

Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

Monitor customer outstanding payments and vendor outstanding balances.

Verify bills, invoices and supporting documents before processing payments.

Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.

Maintain records related to GST, TDS and other statutory requirements.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and vendors when required.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.





Assist management with financial reports and account-related information.

Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

Valuable knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.

Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Basic understanding of GST and TDS.

Positive analytical and numerical skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
