Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Recovery / Collection Executive with at least 2 years of experience handling Payday Loans, Short-Term Micro-Loans, or Digital Lending collections. The candidate should have solid communication skills, negotiation tactics, and a professional approach to overdue payment recovery.
Key Responsibilities:Outbound Recovery Calling: Call overdue borrowers to follow up on pending repayments for short-term/payday loan accounts.
Payment Negotiation: Negotiate settlement/repayment schedules within company guidelines while maintaining legal and RBI compliance standards.
DPD Tracking: Track and manage accounts across different delinquency buckets (1–30 DPD, 30–60 DPD) to minimize Default/NPA rates.
Skip Tracing & Follow-ups: Identify alternate contact details and trace unresponsive clients using CRM tools and available records.
Record Maintenance: Update call logs, disposition status, payment promises (PTP),



and payment proof regularly in the CRM software.
Customer Dispute Handling: Address customer concerns regarding repayment amounts, charges, or app issues professionally.
Requirements & Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Loan Recovery / Tele-collection specifically within Payday Loans, Short-Term Personal Loans, or Fintech Digital Lending.
Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Certification: DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification preferred.
Skills:
Solid negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
Proficiency in Hindi and basic English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
Familiarity with CRM calling tools and collection reporting.
Transparent understanding of RBI collection guidelines and fair practice codes.
