About the Role:

We are looking for a Key Account Manager – Sourcing Manager to build and manage relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) and generate business in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage a strong Channel Partner network.
Identify and onboard recent Channel Partners/RCPs.
Develop relationships with developers and real estate projects.
Conduct market visits, CP meetings, workshops and events.
Generate business through CP relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in Real Estate,



Channel Sales, B2B Sales or Business Development.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Comfortable with field sales and market visits.
Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler is mandatory.
Graduate preferred.
