We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader for our Sales & Collection team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of collection processes, and the ability to lead a team towards achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of sales and collection executives to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support to enhance skills and productivity.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Prepare reports and present sales forecasts to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in sales and collections management.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve targets.
