Site Survey Executive – Warehouse Leasing
Location: Kalyan Bypass / Bhiwandi / Thane
Work Mode: Work from Office + Field Travel
Experience: 0–3 years; freshers with relevant field interest may apply
Compensation: 3.5 to 4.0 LPA + travel allowance
Qualification: Any Graduate or Diploma holder

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Property Survey Executive to support warehouse leasing and
industrial real-estate operations. The role involves visiting warehouses, industrial sheds, godowns, and commercial
properties; collecting property details; taking photographs; preparing basic reports; and coordinating with property
owners, brokers, clients, and the internal leasing team. This is a field-based role with regular travel across Bhiwandi,
Kalyan, Thane, and nearby industrial locations.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct site surveys and inspections of warehouses, godowns, industrial sheds, and commercial/industrial
properties.
• Collect and document property details such as approximate area, layout, access roads, truck movement,
loading/unloading access, parking, utilities, office space, and property condition.
• Take clear site photographs and videos for property records and client presentations.
• Prepare basic site-survey reports, property summaries, and inspection notes in Excel, Power Point, or company
formats.
• Coordinate with landlords, property owners, brokers, leasing consultants, clients, and internal teams.
• Support client site visits and warehouse/property walkthroughs.
• Maintain and update the database of surveyed properties, including location, area, property status, photographs,
and contact details.
• Identify missing, incorrect, or incomplete property information and follow up with stakeholders for updates.
• Travel regularly across Bhiwandi, Kalyan, Thane, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai,



and nearby industrial belts.
• Support the warehouse-leasing team with property availability updates, site data, documentation, and follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements
• Any Graduate or Diploma holder. Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture,
Construction, Logistics, Facility Management, or related fields will be preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in site coordination, field work, property inspection, warehousing, logistics, real estate,
construction, facilities, or operations is preferred.
• Freshers with a genuine interest in field operations and site visits can also apply.
• Comfortable working in a field-based role with frequent local travel.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are strongly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point, Google Maps, Whats App, smartphone photography, and report
preparation.
• Valuable communication, coordination, observation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple site visits, and submit reports on time.

Important Note
This is not a technical land-surveying or civil-design role. Knowledge of Total Station, DGPS, GIS, AutoCAD, or
advanced civil surveying is not mandatory. The focus is on warehouse-property inspections, data collection,
reporting, photography, field coordination, and warehouse-leasing support.
