Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Quality Control Engineer to execute daily shop-floor inspection activities, ensure our premium products meet strict international standards, and support the broader quality assurance team in reducing defects and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections of raw materials, wood panels, and finished furniture components.
- Identify, document, and immediately report product defects, dimensional inaccuracies, and surface finishing variations to the production team.
- Utilize basic measuring instruments (such as measuring tapes, vernier calipers, and gauges) to verify product specifications against engineering drawings.
- Maintain accurate daily quality logs, inspection reports, and rejection data to assist the Quality Manager in tracking performance metrics.
- Support shop-floor compliance with 5S standards, safety protocols,



and assist in basic data collection for Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Eligibility

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 0 to 2 years of experience. (Freshers with a keen eye for detail and strong foundational knowledge are highly encouraged to apply).
- Basic ability to read manufacturing drawings and familiarity with standard measuring instruments.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to work hands-on on the manufacturing shop floor.
