Project Role: Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description: Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering first and second level technical assistance for infrastructure, systems, and applications across both production and development settings. This role requires working closely with users and clients, either remotely or onsite, to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.

The practitioner follows established operational procedures and models to maintain service stability and ensure high-quality support. The position demands continuous interaction with various technology platforms, including infrastructure components, operating systems, networks, and application environments, to uphold seamless service delivery throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:





- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance support processes and improve system reliability.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to minimize downtime.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux Architecture, Linux Operations.
- Strong understanding of Linux system components, including kernel, file systems, and process management.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Linux-based infrastructure and applications.
- Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of system monitoring tools and performance tuning in Linux environments.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Linux Architecture.
- This role is for client location in Kaushambi near Anand Vihar and hybrid support.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
