Job Description

- Strategic Partnership: Partner with Founders on core strategy, decision-making, and business reviews.
- Execution: Drive and monitor key priorities across product, growth, and marketing.
- Special Projects: Own end-to-end initiatives-current business opportunities, partnerships, and process fixes.
- Data & Analytics: Build dashboards and models to track business metrics.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

- Experience in strategy, consultancy, or similar roles.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Confidence using office tools for reports and presentations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- The ability to work well with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry, especially fund management, is a plus.
