Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Business Analyst II to bridge business and technology needs within operations. The role involves analyzing processes, defining requirements, and driving digital transformation initiatives across supply chain and service operations teams in a global, agile workplace.

Responsibilities

- Partner with Service, Supply Chain and Operations teams to identify priorities and transformation opportunities
- Analyze current processes, define improvement areas and design future-state process models
- Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria
- Drive digital, data and automation initiatives from discovery through implementation
- Facilitate user acceptance testing, business validation and post-launch stabilization activities

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business or related field
- Demonstrated business analysis and process improvement skills with technology translation ability
- Exposure to data analytics, Power BI, SQL and business intelligence tools
- Understanding of agile methodologies, SDLC, UAT and change management processes
- Experience with global teams, technology partners or vendor coordination
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving capabilities
- Preferred: RPA/automation, low-code/no-code technologies, ERP systems like SAP
